- It is made of the products certified by the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency. - It is made as a product which can be applied to a high-capacity crane since it is a substitute of a electronic load cell because it is made only for a wound crane. - It is operated automatically by the signals from the second shorting contact since it embeds a motion signal decision circuit for the second resistor of the crane. - It can use the input signals for speed controlling from the 1st level to the 5th one. - The current values can be set from the 1st level to the 5th one. - It is made to be waterproof, anti-dust and damp-proof, so it is light-weighted and strong. - - It embeds an automatic decision circuit for deciding whether there are any damages to the single-phase, phase-loss and unbalance 2nd short-circuit magnet or not. - Since it automatically directs the voltage, current and hoisting height of the crane every second, the operator can judge the values easily and correctly.

	It is a product which is made in order for it to be operated exactly regardless of any impacts by the various kinds of external power noises by installing the relay interfac(BFL-250-RX05) for removing the noise interruption near the place where the load limiter is installed in case that a single input signal is malfunctioned due to the power cable and the electrical noise interruption of various kinds of power lines since the distance between the signal input lines for speed controlling is too far after installing the load limiter onto the crane for speed controlling.
